About the role
Falcon Lakeside Manufacturing, an ArtiFlex Family Company in Stevensville, MI, seeks a CNC Operator/Assembler for its 2nd shift team. This role is crucial for machining, assembly, and quality control of cast parts in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Load castings onto machine fixtures, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement
- Assemble components to provide complete, ready-to-use parts
- Operate CNC machines, start machining cycles, and remove finished parts for inspection or additional operations
- Perform visual and dimensional checks using measuring tools to ensure top-quality standards
- Pack completed parts into specified containers and repeat machining and assembly cycles as required
- Accurately complete production documentation, including part types, run hours, and quantities
- Maintain accountability for the quality of your work and report any issues to your Lead or Production Manager
Requirements
- Previous CNC operating and/or assembly experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality parts
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform consistent, repeatable work
- Basic mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Physical demands: Ability to lift 30 pounds repeatedly and to be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of the individual or others.

Pay
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM (4 x 10-hour days) with occasional overtime on Fridays as needed
