CNC Operator - 4th Shift

This role is onsite in Minneapolis. Relocation assistance support provided for eligible candidates. Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC assembly machines to produce high-quality products
• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient production
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Use measuring and machining tools (such as micrometer and caliper)

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience working on 3-axis CNC machining and assembly OR equivalent schooling
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machines
• Ability to support 4th shift hours:
  • Monday & Friday - 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Saturday & Sunday - 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
  (Not including any mandated overtime; training may take place on a different shift)

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field
• Experience working on 4-Axis CNC machines

Pay

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $36.49 per hour, not including any shift differential.
