CNC Operator - 4th Shift

As a CNC Operator at Honeywell, you will set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. You will ensure that all parts meet quality standards and specifications, and work closely with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Your expertise in CNC machining will help drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC assembly machines to produce high-quality products
• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient production
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Use measuring and machining tools (such as micrometer and caliper)

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working on 3-axis CNC machining and assembly OR equivalent schooling
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machines
• Ability to support 4th shift hours (training may take place on a different shift)
• U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status) due to U.S. export control laws

We value:

• Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field
• Experience working on 4-Axis CNC machines

Schedule

• 4th Shift: Monday & Friday – 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Saturday & Sunday – 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
• May include mandated overtime

Pay

$36.49 per hour, not including any shift differential.
