CNC Operator - 4th Shift

This role is onsite in Minneapolis. Relocation assistance is provided for eligible candidates. About the role

As a CNC Operator at Honeywell, you will set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. You will ensure all parts meet quality standards and specifications, working closely with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC assembly machines to produce high-quality products
• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient production
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Use measuring and machining tools (such as micrometer and caliper)

Schedule

• 4th Shift: Monday & Friday – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Saturday & Sunday – 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
• Training may take place on a different shift
• Ability to support 4th shift hours, including any mandated overtime

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working on 3-axis CNC machining and assembly OR equivalent schooling
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machines
• Experience working on 4-axis CNC machines (preferred)
• Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field (preferred)

Pay

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $36.49 per hour, not including any shift differential.
