CNC Maintenance Technician

This fully on-site position is located in Coldwater, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal/vendor resources to research machine issues.
• Identify and replace parts as necessary; complete testing and make adjustments.
• Perform planned and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Work with urgency to address machine downtime conditions.
• Run tests, interpret results, and make effective recommendations.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma; technical certificate is a plus.
• Experience repairing and testing pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Minimum 2-5 years of CNC Maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with CNC control systems (such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Okuma) and basic Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Ability to work unsupervised and comprehend verbal/written instructions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word).

Pay

Starting pay: $29.31 per hour.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–3:00 AM. Weekly pay schedule.
