Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor multi-axis CNC machines
- Set up machines and make process adjustments
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision tools
- Read blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
- Troubleshoot machining and production issues
- Maintain quality, productivity, and safe work practices
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Experience with precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable work ethic and attendance
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Preferred
- Gantry, Swiss, or Mill/Turn CNC experience
- Murata and/or Star machinery experience
- Multi-axis or high-speed CNC experience
- CNC setup and troubleshooting experience
Pay
$22–$28/hour
Schedule
C-Shift | Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
