CNC Machinist II

About the Role

Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC machines to produce complex, high-precision components for medical and aerospace applications.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Adjust tooling and machine offsets to ensure accurate production.
• Perform in-process inspections and document results in a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure specifications are met.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Experience with Swiss-style CNC machines preferred.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and precision measurement.
• Ability to perform in-process inspections and document findings accurately.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
