What You'll Do

• Machine components to exact specifications and tight tolerances
• Set up and operate CNC lathes or mills, ensuring correct tooling, programs, and job requirements
• Monitor operations, identify out-of-tolerance conditions, and make precise adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Maintain full part traceability and documentation
• Uphold strict safety, quality, and process standards

Requirements

We're not looking for basic proficiency. We're looking for elite operators:

• Someone in the top 10% of CNC mill/lathe operators in Houston or a desire to get there
• Experience with premium threading
• Experience with TenarisHydril connections is a plus
• A person who has the understanding of health, safety and quality control, as well as excellent communication skills while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• A person who takes pride in producing work that others can rely on
