Join our Team as a CNC Machinist!

As a CNC Machinist at Silfex, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality parts by safely setting up and operating 5-axis CNC machines. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to learn precision machining in a clean, team-oriented environment. You’ll follow established procedures, focus on accuracy and efficiency, and contribute to meeting customer expectations—all while building a strong foundation for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required
• 5-10 years of CNC machining experience on 3 or 5-axis machines
• Attention to detail is required
• Must be quality and safety minded
• Possess basic proficiency in operating computers, including navigating software and web-based platforms
• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Frequent exposure to moderate noise levels
