CNC Machinist

About the role

We’re hiring a CNC Machinist to join our skilled, team-oriented manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating multi-axis CNC equipment including lathes, mills, and mill-turn machines to produce high-quality precision parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce moderate to complex parts
• Run multiple CNC machines while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Perform program edits, offsets, and troubleshooting as needed
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, CMMs, comparators, and more)
• Keep machines, tooling, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety, quality, and documentation requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (trade school certification preferred)
• 1 year of CNC machining and multi-axis experience
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages (such as G-code, ISO code)
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Pay

Pay Range (based On Experience): $25–$33 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM
