What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce precision PTFE components
- Read and interpret blueprints and part drawings
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)
- Make offsets, tooling adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
- Absorb or perform setups based on experience
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace (5S standards)
What We’re Looking For
- Option 1 – CNC Operator (Entry-Level): 1+ year CNC or manufacturing experience, ability to read basic prints and use measuring tools
- Option 2 – CNC Machinist (Mid-Level): 2–5+ years CNC machining experience, setup experience and troubleshooting skills, strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
Additional Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift
Nice To Have (Not Required)
- Associate degree in Machining or related field
- Experience with tight tolerances or plastics (PTFE)
