CNC Machinist

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce precision PTFE components
• Read and interpret blueprints and part drawings
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)
• Make offsets, tooling adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Absorb or perform setups based on experience
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace (5S standards)

What We’re Looking For

• Option 1 – CNC Operator (Entry-Level): 1+ year CNC or manufacturing experience, ability to read basic prints and use measuring tools
• Option 2 – CNC Machinist (Mid-Level): 2–5+ years CNC machining experience, setup experience and troubleshooting skills, strong blueprint reading and inspection skills

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift

Nice To Have (Not Required)

• Associate degree in Machining or related field
• Experience with tight tolerances or plastics (PTFE)
