CNC Machinist
Position Overview
About the role
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our team. You will operate Fanuc-controlled mills, Haas verticals, and Haas UMC 5-axis machines, performing setups, monitoring accuracy with inspection tools, and troubleshooting tooling as needed. You’ll produce high-precision components, maintain thorough documentation, and apply your knowledge of G/M codes, GD&T, and milling processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills and perform simple set ups when necessary
- Use inspection tools to monitor dimensional accuracy
- Troubleshoot problems with tooling and replace if necessary
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- An Associate’s degree in machining is preferred.
- Knowledge of machining processes and problem-solving skills to ensure strict quality and cosmetic standards.
- Two years’ experience as a CNC machinist.
- Must have good knowledge of G and M codes.
- Must be knowledgeable with GD&T.
- Must be organized and accurate with documentation.

- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, push/pull/move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $33.37-$56.73 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
