CNC Machine Tool Field Service Specialist

About the role

The CNC Machine Tool Field Service Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers' CNC machines located at various sites across Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions and issues
• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines
• Train customers on proper use and maintenance of CNC equipment
• Document all service activities and provide reports to management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in CNC machine tool field service
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a formal training program in CNC machine tool operation and maintenance

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
