CNC Machine Tool Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on CNC machinery
• Travel to customer sites within the territory
• Ensure timely and professional service to support customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC machine repair (mid to senior level)
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical skills
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
