CNC Machine Tool Field Service Specialist

About the role

The CNC Machine Tool Field Service Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers' CNC machine tools. This position requires a strong background in CNC machining and repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to CNC machine tools
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines
• Train customers on proper use and maintenance of CNC equipment
• Document all work performed and communicate findings to customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machine tool repair and maintenance
• Proficiency with CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
