About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for CNC machine tools. Troubleshoots issues, performs preventive maintenance, and trains users on tool operation and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues related to CNC machine tools.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of CNC machines.
  • Train users on proper use and safety protocols for CNC machines.
  • Document findings and solutions for future reference and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machine tool service and repair.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CNC machine tool operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Experience with common diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Proficient in using CNC machine tools and associated diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
