About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for CNC machine tools. Troubleshoots issues, performs preventive maintenance, and trains users on tool operation and safety.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues related to CNC machine tools.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of CNC machines.
- Train users on proper use and safety protocols for CNC machines.
- Document findings and solutions for future reference and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machine tool service and repair.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CNC machine tool operation and maintenance procedures.
- Experience with common diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
