CNC Field Service Engineer- Machine Tools

About the role

This position is based in Georgia! You could also live in the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC region. Open to full-time or part-time positions, including those looking to semi-retire and reduce hours.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines (FANUC Control)
• Perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment
• Install and set up new CNC equipment
• Provide technical support and training to clients
• Document services and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines
• Fanuc control experience
• Skills in performing preventative maintenance on CNC equipment
• Experience in providing technical support and training to clients
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus
