Schedule

• First Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Second Shift: 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
• Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.

Pay

Starting at $25+ per hour. Competitive pay based on experience, qualifications, and CNC expertise. Plus $2 shift differential for 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC grinding equipment.
• Load and secure workpieces and select appropriate tooling.
• Monitor the grinding process and make machine or program adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
• Use precision measuring equipment to verify part accuracy.
• Make G-code edits as required.
• Maintain tooling inventory, wheel usage records, and production documentation.
• Preform routine machine maintenance and replace worn tooling.

Requirements

• Previous CNC machining or grinding experience desired.
• Experience operating Walter, Agathon, Waida, Vollmer, or EWAG grinding equipment especially valued.
• Programming experience with G-code a plus.
• Ability to work independently, solve machining problems, and consistently produce precision
