About the role

We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our Cutting Tools team in Concord Twp., Ohio. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts under the direction of the Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, selecting tooling, and ensuring machines run within required tolerances.
• Monitor machining processes, make program edits or machine adjustments as needed, and inspect machined parts to verify conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, replace worn or defective tooling, and maintain tooling inventory, wheel usage records, and production documentation.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy and document any changes to CNC programs or machining processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School diploma.
• 1 year of manufacturing and CNC operator experience.
• Programming experience with G-code is a plus.
• Self-motivated problem solver with a keen eye for precision.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Schedule

• 1st shift, 2nd shift, or split shift available.

Pay

Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differential.
