CNC Grinding Operator

About the role

As a CNC Grinding Operator, you will set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in production. You will join the Cutting Tools team under the direction of the Production Supervisor, contributing to our mission of innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, selecting tooling, and ensuring machines run within required tolerances.
• Monitor machining processes, make program edits or machine adjustments as needed, and inspect machined parts to verify conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, replace worn or defective tooling, and maintain tooling inventory, wheel usage records, and production documentation.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy and document any changes to CNC programs or machining processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School diploma.
• 1 year of manufacturing and CNC operator experience.
• Programming experience with G-code is a plus.
• Self-motivated problem solver with a keen eye for precision.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
