CNC Field Service Engineer

About the role

Responsible for providing field service support for CNC machines across various industries. This includes troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex machine issues on-site
• Install and configure new CNC systems
• Maintain and repair existing CNC equipment
• Document findings and provide detailed reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on CNC field service experience
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time

Skills

• Knowledge of CNC machinery and processes
• Experience with machine diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
