CNA Transportation Coordinator and Central Supply
Job Summary
NHC HealthCare Kennett is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to join their team. The position involves setting up appointments, scheduling, transporting residents to appointments, and maintaining strict client confidentiality.
Requirements
- CNA Certification
- Valid State Driver's License
- Pass a Chauffeur's license test and background check
- CPR/AED Certification (can be obtained)
- Own a smartphone
- No physical impairment preventing safe driving or performing essential job functions with reasonable accommodation
- Ability to read, write, and converse in English
- Proficiency in using a GPS/technology system, reading and understanding road maps
- Able to lift and/or pull up to 50 pounds and assist passengers into/out of vehicles
- Able to sit for long periods of time
- Able to bend and reach to properly secure wheelchairs or stretchers inside the vehicle
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate southern hospitality and experience working with a variety of patients in a 170-bed facility with a history of long-term partnerships within the NHC network.
