Description

The Senior Nursing Aid supports the continuum of care by providing basic patient care and assistance with activities of daily living. They perform uncomplicated technical procedures and participate in performance improvement activities, such as chart audits. They utilize a variety of technical equipment and supplies.

This position requires initiative, the ability to prioritize demands, and the ability to work in a team environment. It involves participating in a collaborative team environment, including training and evaluating peers, scheduling work, and assisting the administrative functions of the unit.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active California CNA license.
• BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to get BART within six (6) months of hire date.
• One (1+) or more years of CNA experience in an inpatient acute care setting.
• Proven ability to observe deviations from normal.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $52,242 - $64,979 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%).
