About the role
Seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for home care services in the Four Oaks area.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene care, assistance with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Administer basic nursing tasks and prescribed exercises under supervision
- Prepare meals tailored to client needs and preferences
- Offer companionship and engage in activities
- Perform light housekeeping and document care electronically
- Ensure client safety, confidentiality, and adherence to the care plan
Qualifications and Skills
- Current certification with DFS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel within the area
Additional Requirements
- Pass criminal background and drug tests
- TB skin test
- No substantial findings on North Carolina's Nurse Aide Registry
- Ability to maintain accurate records and demonstrate dependability
