Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of California
- Skilled nursing, rehab, or post‑acute care experience preferred – new graduates welcome
- Passion for working with seniors in a caring, respectful manner
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn electronic documentation systems
- Ability to follow instructions, think critically, and work independently when needed
- Current medical clearance and ability to pass a background check
- Team‑oriented mindset with reliability and compassion

Pay
Pay range: $18‑$19 per hour (BOE)
Schedule
Shifts available: AM, PM, and NOC
