Part-Time CNA - Day Shift

About the role

Join a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing over 100 years of housing and services to seniors in a Christian environment. As a Nursing Assistant (NA), you will serve as a caregiver in a 42-bed long-term skilled and transitional care facility, delivering resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Monitoring vital signs and collecting specimens
• Supporting psychosocial needs and providing personal care
• Transferring, repositioning, and providing mobility assistance
• Helping with meals and creating positive dining experiences
• Documenting care interactions and communicating changes to staff
• Assisting with housekeeping, laundry, and recreational activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• CNA certification (or ability to obtain within four months)
• Minimum age of 16

Requirements

• Prior experience in long-term care is preferred
• Compliance with pre‑employment screening and a drug‑free workplace policy
