About the role
Join our team at Sequoia Transitional Care, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility, as a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). We are hiring for all shifts – AM, PM, and NOC – in a supportive, resident-focused environment that values quality care and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to seniors in a skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute setting.
- Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Use basic computer skills for electronic documentation.
- Follow instructions, think critically, and work independently when needed.
- Maintain a team-oriented mindset with reliability and professionalism.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of California.
- Skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care experience preferred (new graduates welcome).
- Current medical clearance and ability to pass a background check.
- Valid CNA certificate, government-issued ID, Social Security card, and professional references.
