Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with daily living activities while helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Compassion for an underserved population
