Join the Hopedale Medical Complex Team! Are you a compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional care? Hopedale Medical Complex is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our Nursing Home team.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing staff in providing compassionate, high-quality resident care.
• Provide direct care under the supervision of an RN or LPN while maintaining resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Absorb residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Follow individualized care plans and nursing instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while following infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Protect resident privacy by maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in required training, continuing education, and competency development.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• A current CPR certification is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities are required.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team is essential.
• The ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation is required.
• A willingness to cross-train and float to other Hopedale Medical Complex departments as needed is required.

Pay

$18 - $19 per hour
