Responsibilities

• Facilitate a safe and secure environment for the patient/resident, family and providers in the department in completion of the duties delegated to them for the shift.
• Maintain a safe, hazard free, clean environment which facilitates patient/resident focused care.

Requirements

• Successful completion of Caring Reliably, Culinary Training, ServSafe, and Dining Assistance within four months of hire.
• Completed training as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Alexa Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience as a nurse aide, nursing assistant or personal care attendant in long term care or hospital (preferred).

Benefits

Up to $2,500 hiring bonus for eligible full-time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Pay

Base pay range: $21.05 - $31.54. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
