About the Role
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, patient-focused care under supervision, ensuring a safe, clean, hazard-free environment for patients, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care activities as delegated by RN
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and patients
- Support the overall mission of accessible, compassionate care
- Support nursing staff and facilitate communication
- Maintain safety standards to promote quality care
Requirements
- Successful completion of CNA training and Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification
- CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Experience in long-term care or hospital settings preferred
- Completion of specific training programs (Caring Reliably, Culinary, ServSafe, Dining Assistance) within four months of hire
Pay
Base pay ranges from $21.05 to $31.54 per hour, with potential extra compensation.
