About the role

We are seeking a CNA/Home Health Aide to provide supportive personal care services under the supervision of a registered nurse in the Columbia River Gorge area. This role involves delivering patient-centered care tailored to individual needs, following state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients of all ages with daily activities and personal care.
• Using electronic medical record software to document care.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Providing compassionate, respectful support to promote patient well-being.

Requirements

• Certified or licensed as a Nursing Assistant, with Oregon license upon hire and Washington license within 60 days.
• At least 2 years of experience or current CNA student.
• CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association within 30 days.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Education meeting certification or licensing requirements.

Schedule

This is a per diem/on-call position.
