CNA/Home Health Aide - Per Diem

About the Role

Provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring care aligns with individual needs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and personal care
• Follow individualized care plans
• Utilize electronic medical record software
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Certification, license, or registration as required
• Oregon Nursing Assistant license upon hire; Washington license within 60 days
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of experience or current CNA student
• Experience with electronic medical records
