CNA/Home Health Aide (Per Diem) → "Home Health Aide"

About the role

We are seeking a CNA/Home Health Aide to provide supportive personal care services under the supervision of a registered nurse in the Colombia River Gorge area. The position emphasizes patient-centered, whole-person care within an inclusive, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical care based on patient needs in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Use electronic medical record software to document care.
• Assist patients of all ages with daily activities and personal needs.

Requirements

• Oregon Nursing Assistant license upon hire; Washington license within 60 days.
• Certification or registration meeting educational requirements.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association within 30 days.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience or current CNA nursing students.
• Experience with electronic medical records.

Pay

$21.73 - $32.03 per hour.

Schedule

On-site, per diem/on-call.
