About the role

One‑on‑one home care with Saint Elizabeth Home Care, part of the nonprofit Saint Elizabeth Community (established 1882; 2026 PBN Best Place to Work in RI). The position follows RN‑developed care plans and provides personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation for clients in their homes throughout Rhode Island. You will work with one client at a time, building real relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care according to RN‑developed care plans.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry.
• Prepare meals for clients.

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island CNA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Free CNA training program available for newer CNAs.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $22.66 to $24.43 based on experience, with additional weekend differential and mileage reimbursement.

Schedule

Flexible shifts ranging from 1 to 12 hours, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend availability. Designed to accommodate school, family, or another job.

Location: Warwick, RI. Schedule is variable.
