About the Role

Full-time and part-time positions available. Caseload ranges from 20 to 60 participants. The role is eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Located in Westerly, RI with strong need in Woonsocket (early AM) and Westerly/Wakefield.

Responsibilities

• Bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care per participant's care plan
• Light homemaking tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and shopping
• Providing behavioral support
• Assisting with safe transfers using gait belts and Hoyer lifts
• Monitoring for changes in condition
• Documenting each visit in AxisCare with clock‑in/clock‑out per visit

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island CNA license
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Qualifications

Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Pay

$21–$24 per hour

Schedule

Rotating schedule; set weekly hours within the Monday–Sunday, 7 AM–7 PM window. Indicate preferred service area and consistent availability.
