The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Barnwell is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our evening and overnight teams. Located just 25 minutes from Albany, we offer a rewarding career where your care and support make a meaningful impact every shift.

About the role

As a CNA at Barnwell, you'll play an essential role in ensuring residents are comfortable, safe, and cared for throughout the evening and overnight hours.

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
• Helping residents safely transfer, reposition, and ambulate
• Providing comfort, companionship, and emotional support
• Monitoring residents and promptly reporting concerns or changes in condition
• Assisting with meal service, hydration, and nighttime care routines
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and resident-centered environment
• Working collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Current New York State CNA Certification
• Active status on the NYS Nurse Aide Registry
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet all Department of Health requirements
