About the role
Come join our team at NHC HealthCare Columbia! We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist patients with activities of daily living, provide personal care and comfort, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the provision of basic patient care
- Help patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
- Maintain cleanliness and order in patient rooms
- Monitor patients' health status and report changes to healthcare providers
- Follow infection control protocols
Requirements
- Tennessee CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certificate
- Current CPR certification
- Pass a background check
- Ability to work flexible hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
$2500 sign-on bonus offered
Schedule
4 hour shifts, full-time from 6P-10P, part-time positions available
