About the role
Come join our team at NHC HealthCare Columbia! We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist patients with activities of daily living, provide personal care and comfort, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities
- Aid patients with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor patients' health status and report changes to healthcare providers
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms and common areas
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure proper hand hygiene
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Tennessee CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certificate
- Current CPR certification
- Passing score on a state-approved competency exam
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Skills

- Basic computer skills

Pay
$15 per hour for 4-hour shifts, full-time positions from 6P-10P.
Schedule
Full-time positions from 6P-10P, flexible scheduling options available.
