About the role

Come join our team at NHC HealthCare Columbia! We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist patients with activities of daily living, provide personal care and comfort, and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid patients with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and transferring
• Monitor and report patient health status and changes
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of patient rooms
• Follow infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

• Tennessee CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certificate
• Current CPR certification
• Pass a background check
• Ability to work flexible hours including 4-hour shifts from 6P-10P

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Attention to detail

Pay

$2500 sign-on bonus offered

Schedule

4-hour shifts from 6P-10P, full-time position
