CNA Certified Nursing Assistant (PER DIEM)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with essential activities of daily living and personal care to some residents.
• Affords residents the opportunity to self-administer medications under supervision.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' physical condition and cognitive/emotional status to the ALSA Supervisor or Director of Assisted Living Services.
• Completes required written documentation concerning resident care and activities during shift.
• Maintains certifications required for employment.
• Performs as a resident advocate at all times.
• Works collaboratively with the team to ensure the well-being of residents.

Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• CNA certification is mandatory.
