About the role

Masonicare Health Center is a 260-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Wallingford, CT. The CNA position involves performing basic nursing care procedures under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. Duties include assisting with meals and nourishment, transfers, ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals and nourishment
• Transfer using proper body mechanics and appropriate assistive devices
• Ambulate residents/patients
• Bath, toileting, and dressing/grooming

Requirements

• Current Connecticut certification as a nurse's aide - C.N.A.
• CPR certification
