About the Role
As a CNA at Milton Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be an essential member of our care team.
- Providing high-quality patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and feeding
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment for our residents
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
