About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our exceptional care team. As a CNA at Care Pavilion Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Assisting with transfers, ambulation, and other mobility needs
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
