About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and providing a personalized approach to our residents. We admit patients from community hospitals, such as Albert Einstein Medical Center and Temple University Hospital. Our positive patient outcomes are our highest priority, and we take pride in providing our residents with an innovative approach to care with a personal touch.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and dignity for all patients and residents
