Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care by assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
• Assist with vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care
• Demonstrate a commitment to infection control and adhere to established policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current CNA certification
