CNA | Certified Nursing Assistant | Facility Aide

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Helps residents reposition safely and supports daily routines to promote independence.
• Observes residents for changes in their physical, emotional, or mental condition and reports concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Provides companionship and emotional support.
• Works collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide certification OR Certified Nurse Aide certification with willingness to enroll in HHA certification course within first 90 days of employment.
• Ability to provide companionship and assist with daily living activities (e.g., mobility, meal support, safety) in clients’ homes.
• Helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and connected in their own homes.
• Travel within the community to deliver care and support.

Bonuses

• CNA - $1,000, paid in two increments at 6 months and 1 year of employment.
• HHA - $1,500, paid in two increments at 6 months and 1 year of employment.

Pay

• CNA - $17.15+/hour
• HHA - $18.15+/hour

Shift Differentials

• $1.00 Weekdays | 5:00pm – 8:00am
• $1.50 Weekends | 8:00am – 5:00pm
• $2.00 Weekends | 5:00pm – 8:00am
