About the role
Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) | Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care & Rehab | Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne, IN Full-Time or Part-Time | Indiana CNA Certification Required
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and mobility
- Deliver resident-centered care that promotes independence and respect
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and care team members to follow individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Build meaningful connections with residents through kindness and encouragement
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana (required)
- CPR certification preferred
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab is helpful but not required (training provided)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
