This CNA position provides essential, hands-on care to clients in their homes to help them remain safe, healthy, and independent.

Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Helping with basic household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Monitoring and reporting changes in a client’s condition to nurses or supervisors
Supporting comfort and safety
Offering companionship

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Kansas
High school diploma or GED
Ability to provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Basic knowledge of infection control, safety practices, and patient rights
Ability to observe, document, and report changes in a client’s condition to nursing staff or supervisors
Career-oriented, respectful, and patient-centered approach to care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to clients’ homes
