Certified Nurses Aide, CNA
About the role
As a Certified Nurses Aide (CNA), you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, hands-on care to patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to provide non-invasive bedside support, ensuring the comfort, dignity, and safety of every patient you serve. This role is essential to maintaining a healing environment and upholding our organization’s core values in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Maintaining patient hygiene and cleanliness
- Monitoring patient health and reporting changes to healthcare providers
- Administering medications as directed
- Ensuring patient comfort and safety
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Current state CNA certification (State of WI)
- CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred
- 2+ years of experience in inpatient hospital setting (rehab experience preferred)
